When will my order ship?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. During major album launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that limited edition 'Final Sale' items and digital media are not eligible for return.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a specific size chart. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing, but we recommend checking the measurements for 'oversized' or 'cropped' styles to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government at the time of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
